In Marketing content management itt iis possible to upload image files (like .jpg) and use them in other parts of MDM.

now the customer wants to upload and use pdf and txt files in addition. With MDM Standard this is not possible I think. Can this be done by customizing the system?

Thank you.

    RE: manage PDF and txt files in MDM possible?

    Hello Joerg,

    Only following format of image is supported to be uploaded to Dynamics 365 Marketing files.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/upload-images-files

    * GIF

    BMP

    JPEG

    PNG

    These files will be saved to Azure server and they can be used by public.

    If you want to use pdf or txt, you can enable SharePoint integration to your Dynamics, then creating a publicly accessible link.

    Best,

    Nikolai
