I can`t complete a questionnaire in Talent

Hello.

When I click "Complete a questionnaire",  a window appears with text - "Your user ID is not associated with your worker, applicant, or contact person record in the system. You won't be able to complete a questionnaire until it is. Contact your support team for assistance." I don`t undestand, how I can make my user ID associated with worker. Help, please.

    Please select the worker that you want to associate with a specific user ID.
