Occasionally when entering a Bottle unit into a sales order it pulls through the Full Case price.
to fix we have to re click on bottles but this relies on someone noticing to do so. Is there a way to fix this

Before you can fix something, you need to know in what scenario it fails. Are you able to think of a pattern when the incorrect price is being retrieved? Is this happening for particular users or all? Is it related to a particular currency? Are the orders entered manually, imported or both?
