Dears ,
I tried to add the default Financial Dimension in New Form in AX 2012 ,
i followed the URL step by step but unfortunately when i open & run the new form nothing appear

Have you tried comparing with any of the standard forms and check if you might have missed anything? You can do a search for DimensionDefaultingController in the form code and check.
