Hi

We try to configure a payment schedule to define payments after 30-60-90 days

So far so good. the schedule is create fine, values are correct and so on.

What we have is an issue with with the due date of the (open) Transactions. It starts 60days after invoice posting and not like it should be after 30 days.

What can be the reason for that

    Hello Chris,

Can you provide some additional details on your setup e.g. invoice posting date, payment schedule setup, etc. as it is difficult pointing you to the source of your problem with this little and general information.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

not sure what you mean. Posting date will be the date e.g.  from today

With the described payment schedule (payment after 30 days, 60 days and 90 days) I would suggest open transactions created with due date 14.04., 14.05, 14.06. but I get 14.05., 14.06., 14.07.

    Hello Chris,

You need to check what you you have setup in the "payment per", "Change" and "allocation" field of your payment schedule. I guess one of those setups triggers the issue. Maybe you can post some screenshots that illustrate your setup? I believe this would make things easier.

    Thank you.

    Hi Chris,

In my demo environment the setups that you show above work as expected.

Did you implement any modification in this area?

Also what you can check is whether this is a bug in your system.

Are you running on an AX System prior to AX2012 R2 CU8?

With CU8 a hotfix (KB2950553) has been released that might fix your issue.

So please also check LifeCycle Services for a hotfix.

    All the best,

    Ludwig
