Purchase requisition pending review/approval screen

Hi,

I am using AX2012 and currently testing out the purchase requisition process. The purchase requisition workflow will make use of "managerial hierarchies" for approval. The issue encountered is that I have not found an inquiry form which highlights to the user those purchase requisitions which are pending approval from them. Therefore, for example, if user1 has purchase requisition1 and purchase requisition2 pending approval on him/her - is there any screen that user1 can access to view these purchase requisitions assigned to him/her please?

There is a standard AX form called "purchase requisitions assigned to me" however this form is always empty and works in conjunction with work item queue configuration as far as I am aware which is not what we are using since we will make use of "managerial hierarchies" as previously mentioned.

Any feedback on the above would be appreciated.

Hi Alexia,

The pending approvals should be visible in the form "purchase requisitions assigned to me". For the queues there is the form "purchase requisitions assigned to my queues".

Can you check if the workflow batch is setup and running correctly?

Have you tried "Purchase requisitions for my direct reports"

Because I can see Hierarchy tables joined with underlying query for this menu. Make sure that current user has a relationship with worker, before your testing..

"purchase requisitions assigned to me" shows only pending instances

Thanks for your responses - the problem is that the "purchase requisitions assigned to me" form only displays entries when using approval based on the purchase requisition header. When using the purchase requisition line workflow to approve requisition lines this form is not populated since one purchase requisition can be assigned to many different users/workers for each line.
