Get InnerCalendarId of Time Off Request

We want to automatically delete Time Off Request time blockers from Schedule Board.

There is a way to use the Action "DeleteCalendar" (MSDYN_DELETECALENDAR).

But to be able to use it properly we need the InnerCalendarId of a Time Off Request time blocker. How can we get this easily and map it to the corresponding Time Off Request record?
