If i want to switch to another partner, could it be possible, when my current partner has copyright over some objects?

It is possible, regardless of that. But, you will have problems in support. If these are objects in your old partner range, your new partner coul not make any customization on them. You have to read your contract, but you have to have free Microsoft partner choice.
Please, call your Microsoft office and ask them all details.
