Have anyone expriense this error before, when URS is opened ??
An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): ViewRoleConfiguration.Plugin.PreRetrieveMultipleSavedQuery: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    This error seems by the custom plugin deployed on your environment, I will suggest you to contact developer who developed, they can enable tracing and check for the error details.

    Its was a XRMtool plugin cause the erorr
