Not able to open Integration key page in dual write

Hi there,

I'm trying to add a integration key on dual write but when I'm trying to click on Integration key on top the page is not opening and not even giving any error. Is there any security role that is applied to view integration keys page or is there any setup that I'm missing.

Please suggest me if there is any solution to view integration keys page, thanks in advance.

Hi Ganesh,

It could be both, security or setup. Is the F&O environment linked to a Dataverse environment? If not, this is a pre-requisite. You can check all the requirements on the next page. System requirements for dual-write - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

If the setup is OK, it can be related to security and permissions. There is documentation available: Set up dual-write security roles and permissions - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

Not able to open Integration key page in dual write

We are also experiencing this issue, I do not think it's an issue with security or permissions and a bug on Microsoft's side.

We managed to get into Integration Keys by Selecting Environment Details instead of Integration Key and then we could navigate to Integration Key from there.
