Scroll window line change function runs with the click of external button in the form

I want to clear a filed inside the scroll window when external clear button is clicked. But the problem I'm facing is always the line change function triggers . how can i stop this line change trigger and run the button click

Is your external button running a script from a hidden scrolling window button? What is the Hyperspace set at?
