Trying to figure out how to invoice for security monitoring services using Dynamics Field Service Agreements.
I created a product non-inventory item for the monitoring.I create an agreementI create an invoice setup and add the productI create an invoice recurrenceI activate the agreement
No invoice is created (the recurrence starts in the past by the way but extends into the future).
Why not?
What am I missing?

Field Service agreements allow organizations to automatically generate work orders and invoices with predefined details, frequency, and date ranges.
Did you set up the steps listed in the document?

Yes. We're not doing any Work Orders just invoices with this agreement.
I found out that if the invoice start date is in the past then it is not creating the invoice. I'd like to create these invoices from Jan 1 this year. How can I get it to go ahead and create these invoices with past dates?
