Hello,

I have an issue when I try to copy the setting from an existed user to another existed user. I want 2 this users have the same assess rights and setting when they work on GP but don't want to grant the access  rights one by one from user A to user B. Does any one know which is the issue? Do Dynamics GP allow to do this or this feature limits some?

I'd take a look at this, if you haven't already found it:

Do we have any method that do not need to modify it by SQL Studio? Because the end-users have no skills to edit the SQL by this way! They can modify information on the GP screen only ...

No, because the issue is there is a mismatch between GP not thinking the user has access to the company databases, and SQL thinking/showing they do.

We have to go into SQL and remove the users from the GP company databases, in order to then give them access again via GP, which will synch both of those together again.

This is a super frustrating problem that is often encountered when you restore a database from production to test.   A user that is in this situation can not be fixed in the application - the only solution I know of, and of course which Derek has mentioned in his post, is to remove the user from the company database that generates the problem and unfortunately that can only be done in SQL Management Studio.

This would be a great suggestion for an future update - allow for the management of users at the SQL database level - from within the Dynamics GP application - thereby removing the SQL Management Studio from the problem.
