Error Sale Order

One of the user getting following error message when trying to post Sales Order.

"Page 42 Sales Order contains several Actions with same ID - 102. Redesign the page to remove duplicate Action IDs"

    I have the same problem for 1 user, at page 42. But when i look in to table "Page Data Personalization there is no record for page 42?

    Its is related to metadata, clear metadata and restart the service.

    Hi,

    Try to

    - delete Object metadata

    - delete user metadata and then

    - restart the NAV Service.

    If you all the users getting the same error then you need to design the page and check for duplicate action ids. If only few users getting the error then as saurav and amol mention,  it is related to metadata. In that case you need to delete the metadata for that user for that page and Page Data Personalization Table. Once you complete that you need to recompile the page.

    Delete metadata of page and complie and check

    If it occurs for every use then you need to check the page and change the ids of action buttons

    If only one user is getting that error then it is because of metadata, try to delete the metadata for that user for that page from User MetaData and Page Data Personalization Table and try to recompile the page.
