Behavioural Email Interactions Segments

Hi there,

Is there a time limit on segments built with the behavioural attribute "links clicked"? I'm trying to build a segment on linked clicks on or after 25 September 2023 on a particular set of emails, but the segment returns 0 contacts. I have attached a screengrab of the segment criteria that isn't returning any contacts (I know there is contacts in this segment because it has worked before now).

I have built similar segments before now with long date ranges and they have returned contacts. Is this a new issue?

Did this get resolved? I have found that behavioural segments can take a long time to return results.

Hey. No it still isn't working I'm afraid and no answers as yet. It seems to be a recent thing (the last week or so) where segments based on behavioural email interactions that are at least over 12 months old have stopped returning contacts which was why I wondered if a time frame has been implemented or something.
