How do I navigate to my lead scoring models in Customer Insights - Journeys? The Microsoft Learn information says to go to Outbound marketing > Lead management > Lead scoring models, however I don't even see an Outbound marketing section in my Journeys menu.

If you are using the newer Real Time Marketing features - it may explain why you don't see "Outbound Marketing" in your menu. The lead scoring functionality is integrated differently in Real Time Marketing.
To access, make sure Lead Management feature is enabled:
Go to Settings in Customer Insights - Journeys
Select the Overview option then go to Feature Switches
Enable Lead Management Feature switch and save
Then, you should see new section in navigation menu: Lead Management > Scoring Models
