Is There any way to copy the values from sub grid to fields in MS CRM

Hi , I have two entities called members and promotions which has N:N relation in between them . In member entity i have sub grid with promotion codes. now i want to copy the most recent promotion code from the sub grid in member entity to the single line of text field , Can any one have any idea about this , please help me to do this . i need a urgent answer please
