There are little GP Tools, things like
SOP to POP line reordering that issues the PO in the same item order as the SO rather than the default alphabetical order
SOP tax schedule roll down that enables you to roll down a change to the sales tax schedule from the header to the line items in SOP
These are .cnk files that you can get to add little pieces of functionality to GP.
With all the changes to partnersource, where do you download these chunk files these days?
