Copy Selected Sales Order Lines to Purchase Order

Hi Everyone

Currently the below procedure copy all lines from the sales order to the purchase order. Is there a way to develop extension that copy selected lines from the sales order to a new purchase order?

Its possible with a customization, for example, you can add a boolean field to the sales lines, and when the Create Purchase Orders function is used it only takes the items that have the boolean=true

Hi, This can only be done by customization or using Power Automate. If you have a Power Automate license, you can try the method mentioned by Wang.

If you consider customization, I have done similar development before. You can create different purchase orders based on the different Vendor No. on the Item.

Hope this can give you some hints.
