
My client is on SL 2015 and uses Quick Send for order confirmations. They've recently noticed when Quick Send e-mails are generated, the system uses the e-mail from the customer address rather than the one associated on the Quick Send Order Confirmation setup tab.
The client was expecting the e-mail to generate using the e-mail address from the Quick Send Order Confirmation setup tab. Is there a configuration option that may need to be set or changed?

I believe that all QS uses the setup from either customer, vendor or project maintenance IF its different than the default from the quicksend setup. Like any other setup, it goes out to the customer first and uses that one, the setup in Quicksend are meant to be "defaults" and the defaults go into the relevant screen (like customer mainenance) when you override the default , then it assumes you want that override to be used for email.
