Thanks Eline for the reply. But my form was in real time
Thank You Petr Jantac for the solution.
This was exactly what I needed
Hi Joseph,
The easiest way is to create a trigger-based journey in real-time marketing.
Use the "Marketing form submitted" trigger to fire a journey once your real-time marketing form is submitted.
You can limit the trigger to a specific form by specifying this condition:
Add condition, select "Form Reference" and then click on the blue text "Condition on Form Reference" on top to select a specific form.
You can then define which email will be sent in the journey.
Please let me know if this worked for you.

Hi Joseph,
Create a dynamic segment in outbound marketing: expecting your form is in outbound still.
Publish and go live.
You can select the segment in your journey.
Succes!
Hey Leah,
I believe what you have said is related to the Outbound marketing. Right?
What I'm trying to achieve is in the real time marketing section.
Basically I need the following:
1. Need to add the contacts from the forms to a segment (Even if the form is live, contacts should be added to a single segment.)
2. This particular segment should be added to a Journey.
Hi Joseph,
When a marketing form created in Dynamics 365 Marketing is filled out by someone online, it creates a Marketing form submission record in Dataverse. We can use that as our trigger at the start of the flow.
Note:
When a Form Submission is received, it doesn’t link it to a Contact and/or Lead at the same time that it is created. Processes then run to look for existing records(s) first, and then try to link, or create new records. So, we can’t just run our flow and send out an email all in one go, believe me, I tried. We need to wait until the records are found and matched or created and matched.
Refer to the following link to check to make sure a Contact or Lead has been linked to the Form submission:

Or you can refer to the following blog:
--The status reason of the form submission changes to Finished(192350003) once this is all complete, which is what we will use as the trigger to start the flow in Power Automate.
