Unable to install Sales Professional app in Power apps only environment

I have created a power apps only environment in which Business central also got installed. Now, I am trying to install Sales Professional app into the Power apps only environment. But it is getting failed. I can understand this is because, Sales professional app is Dynamics app and the environment which I am trying to install is Power apps only environment.

May I please know, is there other way to install Sales professional app in Power apps only environment?

Sorry, since it is my Client's requirement, unable to get snapshot. But, let me tell you in detail.

The Client is trying to setup D365 Sales professional CRM for integration with their Business central (Business Central is installed in Power apps only environment).

But, they are unable to install D365 Sales professional app in the Power apps only environment.

Because, D365 Sales professional app is Dynamics app and the target environment is Power apps only environment.

Because of this, unable to link Business central with Sales professional app.

May I please know, is there other way to install Sales professional app in to this Power Apps only environment? Or in other words, is there other way to integrate Sales professional dynamics app with the Business central that was installed in Power apps only environment?

Hi Monishkumar,

Unfortunately, it seems that you can't achieve it.

You can install the Sales Professional app in any Power Platform environment that has Dynamics 365 apps enabled.

Based on the following Microsoft documentation:

Currently, if you don't select Yes for Enable Dynamics 365 apps at the time of database provisioning, you won't be able to make this change later nor be able to install Dynamics 365 apps on this environment.

As you mentioned, it can be achieved only with the environments that has dynamics 365 enabled.
