Display selected accounts and contacts from a Customer field in a subgrid

I have a customer field in a form (using Dynamics Customer Service), where a user will select the accounts and contacts for that specific record.

Is there a way, where I can have two sub-grids (sub-grid 1: accounts, sub-grid 2: contacts) that would list the selected accounts and contacts?

Any idea/assistance would help.

    Hi,
Where should the sub-grid control be displayed? Same form?
If one customer field in the case form, it means that the case has N:1 relationship with Account/Contact.
--Current case can only have one account or one contact at the same time.
Perhaps you are trying to get a list of accounts/contacts that have been selected in any case record?
1.You can create one new account/contact view, filter it with this condition:
2.Add sub-grid control in the case form, and select the form just created:
    3.Save and Publish。
    4.Test:

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
