Hello all

I have an error after distribute a job in AX 2012 R3 Retail.

the following error shows up,

Failed to get download session data for data store with ID : ChnlDB and download session ID : 5637150593 due to a IOException. Error details :Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Working\Down\5637144576\5637144576-1862-R.rpf'.

the file is created on the given path.

the Async Client is working fine and the connection is tested successfully.

the working I make everyone access the working folder to make sure it's not an access issue.

I also checked the access permission to the store database.

tried to delete the files in the working folder and restart the async client but still same error.

I solved this issue by changing the path of the working folder to network path.

\\[ServerName]\Working\Down
