Ledger Settlements / user information

Hi!
 
We have started using ledger settlements in F&O and the function works great! But can i see somewhere who (user) has done a settlement. I can see the settlement number and when it has been made but is there a place where i can see the user that has settled the transaction?

    Hi,

    The ledger settlement tables do not track which user created the records in the standard application. It is possible to achieve it with a small customization. The CreatedBy property can be enabled using a table extension. Once that is enabled, the user who started the settlement will be tracked.

    Hi JR,
     
    You can try following solution in F&O to see if it meets your needs.
     
    Add UserId field in the grid of Ledger settelement form  
    On the right-top side of the Grid, click Insert columns...
    select User ID field
    click Update
     
    Note that you can save this display as a new name (e.g. userid) and set it as default for later display. 
     
    Then you can trace who has done marked or settleed the transactions in User ID column. 
     
    It will updated userid for both status Marked and Settled in this form.
