lines deleted from accounting distributions table

Dears,

We have some lines deleted from accounting distributions table and after tracking these line from database log we found that these lines deleted by axwatchdoguser.
Anyone have any information about this user or why these lines deleted.

noted that

Installed product version : 10.0.24 (10.0.1084.80)

Installed platform version : Update48 (7.0.6253.76)

Hi Ahmed,

Is this an actual user in your environment? What exact roles are granted to this user? Are there any batch jobs executed by this user which might delete the lines? Do you have customizations or ISV solutions installed?

Hi Andre,

Thanks for your replay.

This user does not have any presence in our environment and therefore does not have any roles assigned to him. And there is no any batch jobs executed by this user.

Yes we have many customization but these customization does not delete lines.

Hi Ahmed,

Such issue need to troubleshoot step by step and If you can replicate this in one Dev or Test environment, you have possibility to Debugge issue. You can also check the user telemetry to investigate how the issue is started.

If it is not possible to replicate this issue, in another environment, I recommend to create a support case with Microsoft support to get better assistance.
