Vendor Open Additional Vendor Accounts button greyed out

Hi All,

Any idea why the button on the vendor card for opening additional vendor accounts button is greyed out, is there another setup for this? I am on Dynamics GP18.2

    Hello-

    Thank you for posting your question today.  Is this a modified window and/or was this working before upgrading to GP18.2?  If it's modified, verify if you can click on the button using the canned window.
