Cant change document status

Hi,

At the Service order card when I try to edit the document it says. The contact does not exist. Identification fields and values No.="(Select refresh to discard errors)

Any thoughts?

    There might be the case that the contact has been selected to the Service order, but then occasionally deleted from the list of contacts... Can you re-select the contact on the Service order? If not, you need to re-create the contact with the same No in the list manually.
