5Hello all,
We have two users experiencing a strange issue where they cannot download the Excel file from the Management Reporter web viewer.
After clicking, it will open a new tab but nothing gets downloaded and there is no error.
Other users are able to download the Excel file without issues.
Settings/Permissions for these 2 users affected seem to be the same as others.
Anyone experience an issue like this before?
