Hi,
Reading through the Blogs on setting up Work Flow on HTTPS looks achievable.
When a users Approves a Workflow from outdide the Organisation, will they be asked to enter Login Credentials to Approve / Reject the Workflow?

Hi Mick-
Depending on how your Active Directory is set up, the users can also log in with their email address and password. Then just save the login on the browser on their phone.
I tell everyone to do that and it makes approvals on the phone a snap.

Hi Mick,
Yes. The users are asked to enter their domain login credentials to Approve / Reject / Delegate. The only thing task they cannot do is to open the Transaction liink embedded in the Email (you require to be either VPNed in and/or within the network to open the transaction inquiry screen.
