I don't know then. It works for me all the time. May be it is easier to get in touch with person who developed this plugins and ask help from him/her?

Yes I did that in both regular and x86 PowerShell, and I just now tried opening VS in admin mode and built the plugin but still the error persists.

Ok. Can you confirm you've done it in both regular and x86 PS?

Also try to run VS in admin mode.

Yea that was given in the error itself, sorry I forgot to mention I did try that on powershell was able to set the execution policy to unrestricted but still I'm facing the same error on VS, which was weird.

    Hello Vinod,

What you need is to enable running powershell commands for your laptop. To do that open Windows Powershell in "Admin mode" and run following script - Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

    After question use "A" option.

Do the same woth "Windows Powershell x86".

    Good luck.
