I am currently engaged in a project that involves the simultaneous development of Sales and Field Service applications. The requirement has arisen to enable the Call function within the Field Service App. However, upon consulting the Dynamics Documentation, I observed that the documentation primarily addresses calls in the context of Dynamics 365 Sales, with no explicit mention in the Field Service section (Documentation:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/call-using-microsoft-teams).
I am seeking clarification on the feasibility of activating the call function within the Field Service App, as it appears that Superusers have the capability to make calls from this application.
