Personalized questionnaire with Azure SQL Database

Hi,
I want to create a personalized questionnaire on customer of voice. All my data is in the Azure cloud in an SQL database.
I want to create a flow where when adding data to the database he creates a personalized questionnaire with the name of the customer and the product he bought. It's possible? I can't find a connection to Azure

Are you connecting to SQL Azure? You can find connectors from List of all Power Apps connectors | Microsoft Docs
