reactivate a windows before an export

Hello,

We are on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 and one of our user has uncheck the checkbox below on a : print to Excel.

How can we reactivate this windows on NAV ?

    I think that you should delete the "Object metadata" entries (table 2000000071).

    I don't think that is part of navision, check the below link that may help to enable it.

    i have 4706 entries in the Object metadata. I'm not sure about deleting everything without breaking other things in NAV.

    Deleting object metadata will not work, try the solution listed in my above link.

    Thank you for your answer. I am under Windows 7 Pro and there is no AttachmentExecute key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Shell \

    I try to search AttachmentExecute key in all the regedit but without success.

    Hi, Thank you for your answer.

    I tried to delete the PersonalizationStore file, but without success. When I log again in Navision, a new file appears, but the problem is always here.

    Hi again,

    It's ok with the PersonalizationStore file. I delete it again, but after closing NAV.

    Now, it works.
