Hi ,
I want to get decimal values of hours between two datetime fields but diffinhours is returning only whole
eg 10.10 which is shown as 10 between two datetime fields.
10.40 shown as 11 between two datetime fields.

How about taking the difference in minutes and then converting it to hours using a formula? A number of hours = Number of minutes divided by 60.

If we are talking about calculated columns. I may say Yes but again this is my thought. Otherwise, you can go for Power Automate.
