We're trying to create a dynamic segment that captures the leads and/or contacts that have filled out a specific form. We've created the form in the marketing app - including a marketing page. We've tested the form which redirects us to the "follow up" URL, and creates a lead in CRM.
But for some reason, our (live) dynamics segment doesn't show/populate any members.
We've used the following query:
Contact > msdyncrm_marketingformidname > = > "form name"
&
Contact > all
I'm wondering if anyone has also experienced this and if so, knows how to fix this?
