Can you relate? Field Service Mobile - Save & Close disappears when form is edited

Hi all,

Has anyone encountered this and/or found a workaround?

In the Field Service Mobile app (Dynamics 365), the Save and Close ribbon button is available on load but disappears once the form is edited. This seems counterintuitive and I'm not sure if this is unique to my environment due to a system setting. I tested with and without Autosave form setting and the issue still occurs.

App: Field Service Mobile app (Dynamics 365)

OS: Android and iOS

Forms: All

Autosave System Setting: disabled

This is not a new issue, but screenshot below is as of the latest mobile update when Microsoft moved the form buttons to a ribbon instead of the floating menu icon:

Work Order Service task form ribbon on load (no edits):

Save & Close Option

Work Order Service task form ribbon after editing:

NO Save & Close Option

This is currently by-design behavior for the mobile application.
