Using the Emissions Impact Dashboard there isn't the ability to add advanced visualizations. I would recommend for you to look at (end deploy) SDSF (Sustainability data solutions in Fabric). Within SDSF you can deploy Azure emissions insights and with this data in Fabric you will be able to leverage the goodness of Fabric to create your own visualizations. This data also goes down to the resource level so you can gain even more clarity into the emissions.
