XRMToolBox error when import to solution.

Hi,

whenever I import the xrmtoolbox in solution. I get the following error

"The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.

Error code 80048060."

Even I download the latest or even previous 2-3 version. But still same issue.

One more thing How can I restore the delete records in D365 CRM (9.1.0.8833) online ?

    I just misunderstood things.

    I just through its a solution to import in CRM to use it.

    Wait, what are you trying to import? Xrmtoolbox is a plugin that it's used outside CRM, you do not import xrmtoolbox to a dynamics 365 environment. You just click on the executable "Xrmtoolbox.exe" to run the plugin.

    I just downloaded the latest version from https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ 

    version 1.2019.7.34

    In Zip File i didn't see any [Content_Types].xml, solution.xml and customizations.xml . See below image

    Is I miss Something or am I doing something wrong.

    Hello Ajyendra,

    I had a look at your post and seem that your organization has the newest version.

    Regarding your question, could you please check if in the zip file you have the three files mentioned in the error?

    Also, in order to understand what was the version of the instance used during the export, you will find it in the first line of your solution.xml:

    "<ImportExportXml version="9.1.0.9033" SolutionPackageVersion="9.1" languagecode="1033" generatedBy="CrmLive" xmlns:xsi="">www.w3.org/.../XMLSchema-instance">
    "

    Could you please confirm the [Content_Types].xml, solution.xml and customizations.xml are available into the zip file, if yes, could you please confirm if the line above contains the same build as the target organization?

    If your answer is yes for both questions I will suggest to try to see if a new version of the XRMToolbox exist and try with that one, if it doesn't work with it either, then my recommendation is to try directly from the browser and confirm if that works.
