Good Morning,
Is there a way to allow a user who creates requisitions for multiple departments? Currently when I create a user and I assign then a department, they can only create reqs for that department. We have an admin assistant that needs to be able to create reqs for two different departments, which means she would have the ability to select from two different budgets. Is this possible?
Hello tuffy,
You can make use of delegates to achieve this.
Please see:

Best regards,
Ludwig
Thank you, this is very helpful. Do you know if person A delegates to person B, does person A still need to have the "create requisition" permission for this delegation to work?
Here is an example that hopefully answers your question:
My user is linked to the employee Tim Litton
This person can request things for Jodi and Ted.
When I open the purchase requisition, I have the following options available for selection
There is no other approval or something else required from Jodi/Ted.
