Spam Score check is missing

Hi,

Iam currently setup Dynamics Marketing for one of my clients and Iam currently trying to activate the spam score check for the marketing emails. As usually I opened the Settings but in the "Machine Learning" tab where I can activate normally the Spam Score check and further settings, I just get the Information that no Machine Learning Solutions are currently installed:

I never had this in the past and I activated it already several times. Does anyone know what the reason could be and how I can solve it?

By the way, I just installed the Marketing App approxemately 6 Hours ago, could it be that it is still doing something in the background so that it will be solved later?

    I have checked the Admin Center and I see the information that the App is installed and up to date. So I will contact Tech Support als you suggested.

    HI Daniel,

    From text "sie haben keine Machine Learning-losungen installiert" in your posted screenshot, it said that "you have not installed Machine Learning solutions".

    In general, the solution will be automatically installed with setup of Marketing application.

    You could check whether your mkt app is still in progress of installation in admin center by opening the mkt app:

    Then keep waiting for several hours, if the solution still couldn't get installed, 

    please open a support ticket to ask of support at back-end.
