Outlook automation IMAP (Gmail) / NAV 2009 SP1. Message never send but is stuck in the drafts folder

Hi

This is driving me nuts...

The company uses gmail on their own domain.

In nav we create order confirmations as pdf, creates mail body, subject and receiver from the sales order form in NAV 2009. If i do it manually, the message pops up as it should, and i can click Send and the mail is away.

It's sent and i can find it in Sent items. Succes :-)

I can do it as a batch job as well with Output Management, but then the mail gets stuck in the Drafts folder, and I can only send them, by clicking every single email and send them one-by-one. 500 mails! No succes :-(

Previously the company used Exchange server, and the everything worked, also the batch job. The company stays at Gmail...

I can't figure out why it ends in the Drafts folder, and 2) why they can't be sent. I've tried to have outlook open and closed, with same issue.

Please advice.

Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1

Office Outlook 2010.

Microsoft Windows 2003 Terminal server

Best regards

Lars

the popup message could be a problem when doing with batch jobs. remove the message, try again.

    Thanks Jonathan for your input.

When doing it as batch, i don't ask for the send dialog, and i don't get it.

Futhermore the automation object returning ok, and the error code is 0 (zero), indicating that everything is ok. The message is also marked sent.

    best regards

    Lars
