Hi Experts,

When i open or create a new workflow this error i am facing as shown in the image"An Unexpected error has occurred while opening workflow. I restore the backup from a different domain and change all things as required. now system is working but workflow is not working why. I did full compile compile. Watch all the blogs and follow but no luck.

Hi Shabir,

Could you please share the event log on the AOS server which should provide more information on the error?

Hi Gunjan Bhattacharyya,

Please check the above image with errors. Event IDs are (110,1002,180, 1000 etc.)

When you restored the backup from a different domain what changes did you make to get everything running?

Hi Gunjan Bhattacharyya ,

I just changed userid administrator, sid for this id and domain name in user info class. Then the system was able to run.

Hi Shabir,

Can you try debugging the form WorkflowEditorHost and check where the error is being thrown from?

Could you please have a check on the below discuss?

Uninstalling the Business Connector and reinstalled it. Then ran a WCF refresh. To see if it will resolve the issue?

Please share detail error messages in the event logs, so we can have a further check if this is known issue, or please submit a support ticket to us for further investigation.
