Email errors - can't find them?

I'm creating emails which can't be tested or sent due to errors being highlighted, but even when resolved still appear and prevent me sending.
 
Does anyone have a solution?

    This usually happens because of cached errors or unsaved changes in the email editor. Try these steps:
    1. Save the email draft.
    2. Close and reopen the email editor.
    3. Clear browser cache or try a different browser.
    4. Check for hidden required fields or formatting issues.
    5. If using templates or dynamic content, ensure all references are valid.
    If errors persist, try cloning the email to a new draft and test sending from there.
