Schedule Board Filter Resources not working since upgrade

Since I have applied the latest update for filed service, the filtering of resources on each schedule board is no longer working.  This has been registered as a bug with Microsoft but I cannot get an ETA of when a fix may be available.

Schedule boards that were already there still hold their filters so I was wondering if anyone knows of a work around of how to set the filter maybe through the Schedule Board Settings entity?

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

There is a work around given by MS that entails updating JSON in the configuration entity records.  Not ideal but kind of works

hi John, I am also interested in the solution as we have an open case by the customer with the same issue. May I ask you post the MS solution here open to community? Thanks, Armine

This was the advice from Support

    1. Using Advanced Find, search for all records in the msdyn_configuration entity (Configuration)
    2. For each record, open it and search for the string "PreferredResources" in the Value  field and replace it with "MustChooseFromResources".
    3. Save the changes.

Thank you for the response @John Holmes,  however I would like to know if you have followed this advice. I am not able to find any entity  with name msdyn_configuration in my instance.  Any ideas?
