issues are already done invoiced before as they are all from 2014
But someone at that time deleted some payment retention terms. So even now its displaying for them on the reports and GL balances. So they want to clear those. So when they went and click the retained amount form it doesn't display so they are not able to do anything.
Data is displaying for them in Customer Payment Retention Report. So based on the Report data it should appear on Request Retained Amount form.
