Is it possible to add academic titles to a contact in Sales Professional?

Hello one and all,  

 
We have a lot of clients with academic titles and want to make sure to address them with the proper naming. Is there an option to save and show an academic title in Sales Professional without further add-ons? I could not generate a custom fields as proposed in a former thread.

    Hi,
     
    You can add a custom field for academic titles in the contact form designer.
     
    In the contact record in Sales Hub, you can manually populate the academic titles field.
     
    You can add academic titles fields to the contact view.
