When candidate moved to talent pool, documentation attached is missing.

Posted on by 165

Hello everyone,

We are facing the following challenge:

When moving an applicant from a job posting into a talent pool we are missing their attached documents (i.e Resume). Meaning we have to download it and save it on our desktop and re-upload it into the candidate's file in the talent pool.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? Is anyone aware if this is a bug?

Many thanks,

Maria

    Hi,
The functionality of adding applicants to talent pool was just released on March, 2019, as we can see in this website:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/talent/whats-new-talent-march-20#add-applicants-to-talent-pools
Currently, when moving applicants to Talent pool, documents on the applicants will not be transferred automatically.

If you consider this is a useful improvement, you can submit an idea here:
    Regards,
