Hi All,

One workflow request is completed but later it some changes are made to the record from backend and hence sys admin user delegate the request to one user for approval. Now, in enterprise portal the request is getting displayed but no option to approve/reject/recall. User have only one option -View History

Now the status of the workflow is completed but still showing in list so user want to remove this request from his list in EP. Also, in EP there are few request which are either rejected or pending with user for action which are displayed as "Record Returned" how we can remove these requests as well?

Thanks,

Shri

    Hi Shri,

Why did someone change the workflow record(s) from the back? This leads to inconsistency as you noticed. I would suggest to have this person revert the changes and in that way solve this issue.
