    Hi,

thanks for your reply. I've a requirement for word template to generate documents for system user. But it can't attach the generated word document to Note as it is not available for system user from OOB. If it can attach the file to note for system user then I can attach it to DocuSign envelope with workflow.

Do you know if I can upload the documents into SharePoint through plugin or any workflow after it generated for system user. Notes is not available for system user which causing this all issue.

Hi Liton, the setwordtemplate action generates the Word Template to attach to the notes, that's what the action is for, it doesn't do anything else. So if you do not want to use it to put it into the notes, what do you want to use it for?

As Ravi mentions, you could run it with a user that has access to the notes, if you want to pick up the attachment and then move it to SharePoint or convert it to PDF/Email using Flow but it depends why users do not have access to notes and what you want to use this action for.

    Hi,

Unfortunaly not. The Set Word Template has this functionality to generate the document and attach  it to note. I am not what is the security you have implemented on the notes for user but it you have disabled create for users, then you can change your workflow as background and assign that workflow to some admin user which has access. This way the notes will be created in the context of the owner of the workflow.

Now if you have also restricted read access for users, you can, if feasible, assign user level read access in for notes and have some custom activity to assign the notes created to this user.

    Hope this helps.
